After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angiogram, blood pressure increased, chest pain
, cluster headache, coronary artery bypass

Methylergonovine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 10, 2007. Female patient, 76 years of age, was treated with Methylergonovine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, blood pressure increased, dyspnoea, mitral valve incompetence. Methylergonovine dosage: 0.4 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with ACE INHIBITOR NOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
