Mexitil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 07, 2006. Male patient, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with neuralgia and was treated with Mexitil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, rash What is  rash, renal impairment, skin test positive. Mexitil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, GOSHA, CYANOCOBALAMIN, ANAFRANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
