Male patient, weighting 84.88 lb, was diagnosed with ventricular extrasystoles, hypertension, arteriosclerosis obliterans, sleep disorder , angina pectoris, anaemia and was treated with Mexitil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, condition aggravated, dialysis , renal failure, toxic epidermal necrolysis, ventricular extrasystoles.
