Midodrine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 16, 2008. Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with hypotension and was treated with Midodrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dry gangrene, foot amputation, induration, ischaemia, leg amputation, pain in extremity, skin ulcer. Midodrine dosage: 5 MG; DAILY;, 5 MG; TWICE A DAY;. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with blood pressure systolic abnormal, hypotension and was treated with Midodrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial occlusive disease, dry gangrene, infection What is  infection, ischaemia, leg amputation, necrosis, skin ulcer, sleep disorder What is  sleep disorder, toe amputation. Midodrine dosage: 5 MG; QD; 5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with MIDODRINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
