Miglustat side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 23, 2007. Female patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with niemann-pick disease and was treated with Miglustat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, acrochordon, crohn's disease What is  crohn's disease, diarrhoea, genital pain, painful defaecation, proctalgia, pyrexia, vulval abscess. Miglustat dosage: 200 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, IMIPRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
