Miglustat side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Mar 12, 2008. Female patient, child 10 years of age, was diagnosed with niemann-pick disease and was treated with Miglustat. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acrochordon, crohn's disease What is  crohn's disease, disease progression, haemorrhoids, lower respiratory tract infection, niemann-pick disease, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, proctalgia, scoliosis. Miglustat dosage: 200 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, IMIPRAMINE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/27/2007.
