Mitoxantrone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 21, 2007. Female patient, 40 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis What is  multiple sclerosis and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute lymphocytic leukaemia, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, myocardial infarction. Mitoxantrone dosage: 12MG/M2 EVERY 3 MONTHS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute lymphocytic leukaemia, b precursor type acute leukaemia, blast cells present, fatigue, myocardial infarction, pancytopenia. Mitoxantrone dosage: 0.1333 MG/M2 (12 MG/M2, 1 IN 3 M), INJECTION. During the same period patient was treated with INTERFERON. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute lymphocytic leukaemia, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, haematoma, immunosuppression. Mitoxantrone dosage: 12 MG/M2, 1 IN 1 MONTHS, INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED), 12MG/M2, 1 IN 3 MONTHS, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with GLATIRAMER ACETATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/12/2004.
