Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis and was treated with Mitoxantrone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, cardiac failure, cardiogenic shock, cardiotoxicity, cough, disseminated intravascular coagulation, dyspnoea, hypotension. Mitoxantrone dosage: 8 MG/M2 MONTHLY UNK. Patient died on 01/01/2007.
