Modecate Side Effects Report #5908322-X
Modecate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from FRANCE on Sept 30, 2008. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with psychotic disorder , migraine , insomnia, anxiety , pain , constipation  and was treated with Modecate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site cyst, injection site fibrosis, injection site necrosis. Modecate dosage: FORM = SOLUTION, STRENGTH 125MG, DURATION: 16WEEK5DAY.. During the same period patient was treated with SEGLOR, NARAMIG, IMOVANE, LEPTICUR, NOZINAN, PROPOXYPHENE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, TRANSIPEG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
