After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenocortical insufficiency acute, dizziness , dry eye, dry mouth, fatigue, muscular weakness, tachycardia, vision blurred. Myobloc dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, dysphagia, dyspnoea, fatigue, influenza like illness, po2 decreased, refusal of treatment by patient, somnolence, speech disorder. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, VISTARIL, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
