Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with off label use, salivary hypersecretion and was treated with Myobloc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cognitive disorder, condition aggravated, gingival discolouration, headache , lymphadenopathy, mass, off label use, oral mucosal discolouration, pain in extremity. Myobloc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with STALEVO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
