Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with reversal of opiate activity, back pain What is  back pain and was treated with Naloxone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, loss of consciousness, mental status changes, overdose. Naloxone dosage: 0.8MG IV ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with MS CONTIN, ALLOPURINOL, TYLENOL NO, TERAZOSIN, MORPHINE, CELEXA, REMERON, ZYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
