Nefazodone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 18, 2006. Female patient, 44 years of age, was treated with Nefazodone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coordination abnormal, dizziness What is  dizziness, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, hypotension, lethargy, mental status changes, overdose, somnolence. Nefazodone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, CARVEDILOL, RABEPRAZOLE, DIGOXIN, QUINAPRIL. Patient recovered.
