Nelarabine Side Effects Report #4987058-6
Nelarabine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 27, 2006. Female patient, child 5 years of age, weighting 38.36 lb, was diagnosed with t-cell type acute leukaemia, lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, fatigue, nodal rhythm, sinus bradycardia, ventricular arrhythmia, ventricular extrasystoles. Nelarabine dosage: 400MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with MERCAPTOPURINE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with t-cell type acute leukaemia and was treated with Nelarabine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, hypoaesthesia, hypotonia, neuropathy, sensory loss. Nelarabine dosage: 1090 MG QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with VINCRISTINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Nelarabine dosage: 400MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with MERCAPTOPURINE, METHOTREXATE, ZOFRAN, BACTRIM, NYSTATIN, DECADRON SRC, BENADRYL, MOTRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
