After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pain in extremity, rash , thermal burn. Neosporin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, ALLOPURINOL, ATENOLOL, GABAPENTIN, TRICOR, CENTRUM. Patient recovered.
