After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anastomotic leak, bradycardia, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, post procedural haemorrhage, therapeutic response unexpected. Nicorandil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLIBENCLAMIDE, ASPIRIN, CORONARY VASODILATORS, BETA BLOCKING AGENTS. Patient recovered.
