Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia and was treated with Nifedipine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, anion gap increased, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, blood lactic acid increased, bradycardia, bundle branch block left, confusional state, coronary artery disease . Nifedipine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
