Nilotinib side effect was reported by a Physician from TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA on Nov 29, 2007. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour, insomnia, pain What is  pain and was treated with Nilotinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, acinetobacter bacteraemia, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, dyspnoea, faecal volume decreased, ileus. Nilotinib dosage: 800MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ZOPICLONE, FENTANYL, MORPHINE, LORAZEPAM, RIVOTRIL, GABAPENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
