Nitisinone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from TURKEY on Aug 09, 2006. Male patient, child 3 years of age, weighting 30.86 lb, was diagnosed with tyrosinaemia and was treated with Nitisinone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma hepatic. Nitisinone dosage: 15 MG/DAY A DAY ORAL. Patient died.
