Nolvadex side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from IRELAND on Dec 23, 2008. Female patient, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with breast neoplasm, epilepsy  and was treated with Nolvadex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, back pain , muscle spasms, musculoskeletal stiffness, myalgia. Nolvadex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL. Patient recovered.
