Novonorm side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 11, 2008. Male patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, prostatitis and was treated with Novonorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic stenosis, constipation , hypoglycaemic coma. Novonorm dosage: 1 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with CARDENSIEL, PLAVIX, VADILEX, LOXEN, OROKEN, XATRAL, DEROXAT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 77 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, urinary incontinence , arteriosclerosis coronary artery and was treated with Novonorm. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , aphasia , blood creatine increased, blood glucose increased, constipation , dysarthria, hemiparesis, hypoglycaemia. Novonorm dosage: 2 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with COLCHIMAX, APROVEL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, CERIS, PLAVIX, SERMION, DUPHALAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
