Ofloxacin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 09, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with skin ulcer, ankylosing spondylitis  and was treated with Ofloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, leukopenia, mouth ulceration, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia. Ofloxacin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METOJECT, FUCIDINE CAP, VANCOMYCIN, NEXIUM, PYOSTACINE, AMLOD, APROVEL, ATENOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatosplenomegaly, histiocytosis haematophagic, lymphopenia, rhabdomyolysis, thrombocytopenia. Ofloxacin dosage: 400 MG, BID, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with OXACILLIN, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
