Olmetec side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Aug 22, 2005. Female patient, 88 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Olmetec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, cholelithiasis, hepatic function abnormal, pyrexia. Olmetec dosage: 20 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with GLIMICRON, EUGLUCON, NORVASC, GRAMALIL, SERENACE, MAGMITT, BENCLART, LAXOBERON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
