After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, electrocardiogram t wave abnormal, hyperkalaemia. Olmetec dosage: 20 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ADONA, DEPAS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
