Orthoclone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with heart transplant
and was treated with Orthoclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: complications of transplanted heart. Orthoclone dosage: DOSE=0.1-0.2 MG/KG/DAY WITH A MAXIMUM DOSE OF 5 MG/DAY FOR 7 DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, HYDROCORTISONE, DIPHENYHYDRAMINE, CYCLOSPORINE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
