Orthoclone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with heart transplant What is  heart transplant and was treated with Orthoclone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: complications of transplanted heart. Orthoclone dosage: DOSE=0.1-0.2 MG/KG/DAY WITH A MAXIMUM DOSE OF 5 MG/DAY FOR 7 DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, HYDROCORTISONE, DIPHENYHYDRAMINE, CYCLOSPORINE, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
