Male patient, 36 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with mood swings, obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Oxcarbazepine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cognitive disorder, confusional state, dizziness , feeling abnormal, hyponatraemia. Oxcarbazepine dosage: 600 MG TID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
