Oxymetholone Side Effects Report #5814331-1
Oxymetholone side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 30, 2008. Male patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with full blood count decreased, neutropenia and was treated with Oxymetholone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, haemoglobin decreased, intra-abdominal haemorrhage, mass, platelet count decreased, splenic haematoma, splenic rupture, splenomegaly, thrombocytopenia. Oxymetholone dosage: 50 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with NEUPOGEN, EPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
