and was treated with Palladone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: inadequate analgesia, incorrect dose administered, suicidal ideation. Palladone dosage: UNK MG, DAILY,ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DILAUDID, ZONEGRAN. Patient recovered.Palladone Side Effects Report #4704190-2

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back injury, coma, dyskinesia, fall , hypoglycaemia, inadequate analgesia, loss of consciousness, suicide attempt. Palladone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, ADDERALL, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled.
