Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Panaldine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular damage, leukopenia, liver disorder. Panaldine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
