Pancuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 15, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with hypotonia and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness neurosensory, diaphragmatic hernia, disease recurrence, gastrointestinal perforation. Pancuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PANCURONIUM BROMIDE, PANCURONIUM BROMIDE, DOPAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DOBUTAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FENTANYL CITRATE, CHLORPROMAZINE, PROSTAGLANDIN F, OLPRINONE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
