Pancuronium Side Effects Report #5762067-8
Pancuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on May 22, 2008. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia procedure and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, dysphasia, haematocrit decreased, po2 decreased, quadriplegia. Pancuronium dosage: .33 MG Q1HR;0.2 MG Q1HR. During the same period patient was treated with PANCURONIUM BROMIDE, MIDAZOLAM, DIAZEPAM, PROPOFOL, DALTEPARIN, CEFEPIME HYDROCHLORIDE, PAZUFLOXACIN, IMMUNE GLOBULIN INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia procedure and was treated with Pancuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphasia, quadriplegia. Pancuronium dosage: 0.33 MG Q1H/0.2 MG Q1HR, INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with PANCURONIUM BROMIDE, MIDAZOLAM, DIAZEPAM, PROPOFOL, DALTEPARIN, CEFEPIME HYDROCHLORIDE, PAZUFLOXACIN, IMMUNOGLOGBULIN NORMAL. Patient recovered.
