Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with contraception and was treated with Paragard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , chest pain , hypersensitivity, menstruation irregular, panic attack, pelvic pain , pruritus, urticaria. Paragard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, LORAZEPAM, NASAL SPRAY, B VITAMIN, ASCORBIC ACID, CALCIUM, ESTROGEN, PROGESTERONE. Patient recovered.
