Male patient, weighting 126.8 lb, was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma malignant recurrent, cancer pain, rash  and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, body temperature increased, c-reactive protein increased, febrile neutropenia, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased. Pemetrexed dosage: 790 MG, DAILY (1/D). During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, PANVITAN, CYANOCOBALAMIN, LOXONIN, MUCOSTA, RINDERON. Patient recovered.
