Pemetrexed Side Effects Report #4612405-4
Pemetrexed side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 24, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with transitional cell carcinoma and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase abnormal, blood bilirubin abnormal, blood creatinine abnormal, fatigue, hyperkalaemia, hypoalbuminaemia, hypocalcaemia, leukopenia. Pemetrexed dosage: 500 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with GEMCITABINE HYDROCHLORIDE, VITAMIN B, FOLIC ACID. Patient died on 01/18/2005.
