Female patient, weighting 112.0 lb, was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer extensive stage, vitamin supplementation, back pain  and was treated with Pemetrexed. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, encephalopathy, febrile neutropenia, leukopenia, pancytopenia, thrombocytopenia, unresponsive to stimuli. Pemetrexed dosage: 715 MG, OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN B, DEXAMETHASONE, LORTAB, NICOTINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
