Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 125.2 lb, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Penfill. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, diabetic hyperglycaemic coma, goitre, hepatomegaly, hypoglycaemia, intentional overdose, suicide attempt.
