Penfill side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 05, 2005. Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus and was treated with Penfill. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anti-gad antibody positive, blood glucose increased, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, eosinophil count increased, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, herpes simplex , human herpes virus 6 serology positive, hyperglycaemia. Penfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LANTUS, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PENFILL N CHU. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, headache , personality disorder , status epilepticus, vomiting. Penfill dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEUQUINON, FURSULTIAMINE, CYTOREST, ALEVIATIN. Patient recovered.
