Pentothal side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Nov 11, 2005. Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Pentothal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apallic syndrome, dementia , faecal incontinence, movement disorder , speech disorder, urinary incontinence . Pentothal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, OMNOPON, HYOSCINE HYT, ATROPINE, TRICHLOROETHYLENE, OXYGEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematocrit decreased, loss of consciousness, movement disorder , speech disorder. Pentothal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, VERSED, ANTI NAUSEA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
