Permax and aortic valve stenosis Patient Reports February 10, 2010

Permax Side Effects Report #4662610-6
Permax side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 22, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Permax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, aortic valve stenosis, cardiac valve disease, left ventricular failure, multi-organ failure. Permax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, SELEGILINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SYMMETREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/14/2005.
