Phenazopyridine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 14, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis What is  osteoarthritis and was treated with Phenazopyridine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amblyopia, anaemia, asthenia, blood cholesterol increased, blood triglycerides increased, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, coronary artery stenosis, depression What is  depression, diarrhoea. Phenazopyridine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEPHALEXIN, VIOXX, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, FLUOXETINE, ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE, CEFUROXIME, ASPIRIN, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
