Phenylephrine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 15, 2008. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with coronary arterial stent insertion, hypertension, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease and was treated with Phenylephrine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, aphasia What is  aphasia, asthenia, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure increased, chest pain What is  chest pain, feeling hot, hyperhidrosis. Phenylephrine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
