Phytonadione side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 22, 2006. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with international normalised ratio increased and was treated with Phytonadione. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: burning sensation, chills, dyspnoea, hypotension, infusion related reaction, nausea
, pyrexia, rash macular, tachycardia. Phytonadione dosage: 5 MG IV OTO. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, DOCUSATE, PROTONIX, ACYCLOVIR, CEFTRIAXONE, LEVAQUIN, DILANTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
