Plasmanate side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Dec 17, 2008. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with operative haemorrhage and was treated with Plasmanate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: non-cardiogenic pulmonary oedema, transfusion-related acute lung injury. Plasmanate dosage: 750 ML; IV. During the same period patient was treated with RED BLOOD CELLS, WHOLE BLOOD, MANNITOL. Patient recovered.
