Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 186.0 lb, was diagnosed with platelet count decreased, transfusion and was treated with Platelets. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, cardio-respiratory arrest, contraindication to medical treatment. Platelets dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/28/2006.
