After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, delirium, delusion, dementia with lewy bodies, dysstasia, gait disturbance, hallucination, restlessness. Pramipexole dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
