Prazosin side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 10, 2005. Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Prazosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, dialysis What is  dialysis, hyperkalaemia, obstructive uropathy, renal failure acute. Prazosin dosage: 5 MG (5 MG, 1 IN 1 24 HR), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, BISOPROLOL, ATARAX, CORDARONE, INEXIUM, CHLORIDE COMPOUNDECTION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 14 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Prazosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: glomerular filtration rate decreased, hypotension, ph urine increased, proteinuria, renal failure acute, renal failure neonatal, renal tubular acidosis, renin-angiotensin system inhibition. Prazosin dosage: 4 MG (2 MG, BID), PLACENTAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, LABETALOL, AMILORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
