Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 182.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, cardiac failure congestive, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease and was treated with Prazosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain What is  chest pain, fall What is  fall, loss of consciousness, major depression, skin laceration, syncope. Prazosin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, CYANOCOBALAMIN, ATENOLOL, NITROGLYCERIN, DONEPEZIL, FLUNISOLIDE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
