Prazosin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 15, 2005. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 182.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, cardiac failure congestive, coronary artery disease  and was treated with Prazosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , fall , loss of consciousness, major depression, skin laceration, syncope. Prazosin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, CYANOCOBALAMIN, ATENOLOL, NITROGLYCERIN, DONEPEZIL, FLUNISOLIDE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , atrial flutter, dizziness , syncope. Prazosin dosage: 2MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
