Predonine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Mar 14, 2008. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with nephritis and was treated with Predonine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cytomegalovirus enterocolitis, gastrointestinal ulcer haemorrhage, haematochezia, melaena, shock haemorrhagic. Predonine dosage: 60 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL, PARIET, BAKTAR. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytomegalovirus enterocolitis. Predonine dosage: 40 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE. Patient died.

Predonine dosage: 40 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CICLOSPORIN. Patient died.
