After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia What is  arrhythmia, blood creatine increased, blood potassium decreased, heart rate irregular, hypotension, loss of consciousness, pallor, visual acuity reduced. Preparation dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
