Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 56.00 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease, asthma  and was treated with Prevacid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchial secretion retention, chest discomfort, eosinophilic bronchitis, fall , status asthmaticus. Prevacid dosage: 30 MG (30MG IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYMBICORT, SINGULAIR, NASONEX. Patient died on 07/27/2008.
